1 General Terms & Conditions

Xbbaji is an internationally licensed online betting and gaming platform. These terms apply to all users in Bangladesh and every other region where xbbaji operates.

• You must be 18 years of age or older to use xbbaji's services.
• It is your sole responsibility to ensure that online betting is legal in your country or region of residence.
• Xbbaji reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue its services at any time.
• If any part of these Terms is deemed invalid by a court, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.

2 Account Registration & Management

By registering on xbbaji, you confirm the following:

• All information you provide is true, accurate, and complete.
• You may only operate one account. Multiple accounts under the same person's name are strictly prohibited.
• Your mobile number and email address are active and belong to you.
• Any changes to your account details (such as your mobile number) must be reported to xbbaji promptly.

Keep your login credentials (password, PIN) strictly confidential. Do not grant anyone access to your account. Account transfers and sales are strictly prohibited.

3 Age Verification & KYC Process

Xbbaji provides services to individuals aged 18 and above only. For age verification:

• A copy of your National ID (NID) or passport may be required.
• Xbbaji may request age and identity verification at any time.
• KYC must be completed before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Your account may be temporarily restricted during the KYC verification process.

4 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

Financial transaction rules on xbbaji:

• Minimum Deposit: ৳100 (Bangladeshi Taka).
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500.
• Withdrawal Processing Time: Typically within 15 minutes to 24 hours.
• Payment Methods: Mobile Pay, Nagad, Rocket।
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same account used for the deposit.
• For suspicious transactions, xbbaji may place a hold on withdrawals until verification is complete.

All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). xbbaji does not charge any transaction fees, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

5 Betting Rules

The following rules apply when placing bets on xbbaji:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled (except via the cash-out feature).
• Xbbaji reserves the right to set a maximum limit on any bet.
• If a match is fully abandoned or ends before the scheduled time, the bet is considered void (different rules apply for in-play bets).
• Xbbaji reserves the right to void any bet placed due to a technical error or incorrect odds.
• If one leg of an accumulator bet is voided, the remaining legs are recalculated.

Odds in live betting can change rapidly. The odds in effect at the moment a bet is confirmed will be the ones that apply.

6 Bonus & Promotion Terms

Xbbaji regularly offers various bonuses and promotions. When claiming them:

• Each bonus offer has its own terms, including wagering requirements, expiry period, and bet type restrictions.
• The welcome bonus applies to first-time registrations only.
• Multiple bonus claims from the same household, device, or IP address are not permitted.
• Xbbaji reserves the right to cancel a bonus and any associated winnings in the event of a bonus terms violation.
• Bonus balance and real balance are displayed separately.

7 Account Closure & Suspension

Xbbaji may suspend or close your account for the following reasons:

• Violation of terms and conditions.
• False information or identity fraud.
• Account hacking or any suspicious activity.
• Money laundering or fraudulent transactions.
• Attempting to gain an unfair advantage using software or bots.

You may close your account at any time. Any valid balance will be refunded. A self-exclusion option is also available under our Responsible Gaming policy.

8 Fraud & Cheating Policy

The following activities are strictly prohibited on xbbaji:

• Placing bets using automated software, bots, or scripts.
• Exploiting technical errors or incorrect odds.
• Attempting to influence the outcome of any match (match fixing).
• Using multiple accounts to circumvent bonus terms and conditions.
• Unauthorized access to another user's account.

9 Limitation of Liability

Xbbaji is not liable for the following:

• If a bet is cancelled or missed due to loss of internet connection.
• Due to failures caused by third parties (power providers, internet service providers).
• If services are disrupted due to force majeure events (natural disasters, war, pandemic).
• If your password or login credentials are compromised due to your own negligence.

Xbbaji always strives to maintain service quality, but 100% uptime cannot be guaranteed. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance.

10 Privacy & Data Protection

To learn how your personal data is used, please read our Privacy Policy Read it. In short:

• Your information is used solely for operating and improving our services.
• Your data is never sold to third parties except where required by law.
• All data is protected with SSL encryption.

11 Policy on Changes to Terms

Xbbaji reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. When changes are made:

• You will be notified at your registered email address 7 days before any significant changes take effect.
• Updated terms will be published on the website.
• Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
